Returns and Exchanges

Hardgoods & Sale Items

All Sales Are Final: All skate hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, etc.) and marked-down sale items are final sale.

Custom Builds: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any custom-assembled or gripped boards (whether gripped by us or by you).

Records / Vinyl

Defective Items Only: Vinyl records are only eligible for return or exchange if a distinct manufacturing defect is present (e.g., severe warping or a pressing error causing skips). Change-of-mind returns on vinyl are not accepted once opened.

Footwear & Apparel Footwear

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, inside the original box with all tags, extra laces, and accessories included.

Note: Footwear is available for in-store walk-in purchase or pickup only.

Apparel

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase/pickup. Items must be in brand new condition with all original tags attached.

Turntables & Audio Gear

Unopened Items: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase ONLY if the item is completely unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Opened/Defective Gear: Once the factory seal on a turntable box is broken, it cannot be returned or refunded at the shop. If your turntable has a manufacturing defect or setup issue out of the box, it is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty:
